I was home for two weeks at the start of the wuhan virus. Hairy really enjoyed having me around to serve her. Much of the time I was under constant surveillance. Looked like this
I was up most of Wednesday evening with my old boy I won't go in to the details but all his bedding is in the trash and as he is approaching fourteen we genuinely thought he was about to leave us but by the middle of the following day he started to improve and he is now back to his old self. A sad reminder of how short life can be and I don't think we are ever really prepared.
She (our boxer) gave us almost 14 great years. The last few weeks were tough and my wife said “no more animals”. Then our little cat showed up. I would have initially preferred another dog but quickly found that the cat is just as affectionate. Enjoy every moment!
I hear you mate. Our Remi was not eating well the last couple of weeks, which is surely a sign that things are not well. Fortunately my wife figured out that he was not doing well with the food being dry, so she tried soaking it in some water, and he now eats with lightening speed. I was wondering how much longer we would have him, but so far so good. Hoping for the best for yours...
She is way more fun than we figured. We thought that cats had no personality, so we did not even give her a name. Here she is watching TV. (From a previous post)
