Homeless Watches: Help Me Find Their Original Boxes !

I’ve been collecting vintage watches for about 3 to 5 years now.

I’ve enjoyed—and still enjoy—the process of buying and selling: keeping the gems for myself, selling the ones I just wanted to explore, or those I bought because I spotted a good deal. I like discovering new models this way. I need to feel the watch, touch it, and wear it for some time to build or strengthen my love for a particular model. That way, I’ll know if I want that specific reference in my collection, but of course in a much better condition. (On this very forum, I learned one golden rule about vintage watches 4 years ago: Condition! Condition! Condition!) To be honest, this process works well for me because I usually focus on watches in the €200–€800 range, and I don’t often venture into higher-priced pieces (well, it’s all relative…).

Honestly, I don’t quite understand people who have a specific “vintage grail” (or just a watch they really want) without having ever worn or even touched it. But maybe that’s just me.

Anyway, after many years of learning about the vintage watch world and figuring out which models I like and dislike, I’ve found a few that definitely hold a permanent spot in my collection. Of course it's just the beginning...

I currently display them in a standard watch box, but for me, the ultimate goal now is to gather the “original” correct boxes for each model and display them that way. Sure, it takes up more space, but it’s so much classier in my opinion.

Thus, I’m on a quest to find the correct original box for each model, from the right era, etc., which can be trickier than you might think…

Which brings me to my request: I’m reaching out to you, dear specialists, to help me visually identify the correct box for each of the models I’m looking to pair.
In the attached document, you’ll find the five watches I’m searching boxes for:

• Certina DS Manual (early 1960s)
• Certina DS2 Automatic x2 (1970s)
• Casio Skywalker (early 1990s)
• Seiko 7A28-7030 “Quartz Pogue” (early 1980s)

For the Seiko, I believe I’ve found the correct box (see attachment with the 7A28-7080). Now I just need to locate one for sale.

For the Certina DS2, which I’ve collected extensively, I’ve sometimes seen small red boxes (see attachment). Are these the right ones?

For the Certina DS, I have no idea… Could it be the same as the DS2?

For the Casio, I’m completely in the dark!

I’ve created this photo montage (theses are not my watched it took pics over the internet i hope this is no problem...) with what I think could be the right boxes. Let me know if you can confirm, or if you have any other suggestions.

Thanks in advance for your expertise and advice!

Additional question : I often see people selling watch papers/warranties that are blank, without the watch’s reference, the stamp of the store that sold it back in the day, etc. What could be the point of having these papers, other than to cheat and forge a 1970s signature to make them look like the original documents?
