I have offered her more expensive watches, but she sees them as more fashion pieces. She prefers hand bags, rings, necklaces, and ear rings.
A small planet ocean with diamond indices caught her eye in a catalog recently though.

·Nope, wife's is not a daily wear. I should check though... the 2 year service warranty is up in less than a year.

A whole PhD in gender studies could be based on the examination of how gendered watches were presented in Hamilton catalogs from 1920-1970. It's a bit mesmerizing to flip through them all at once
