Hippocampus badge - info sought

Hello all

Not really sure where to post this but "General Discussions" seemed as good a place as any!

I bought this badge at the Birmingham Watch Fair today from a chap who had lots of Omega merch and ephemera. He said (iirc) that it came from the Museum in Bienne. Certainly looks genuine.

Anyone else got one? Anyone know anything about it?
