IMO, the watch has been put together from parts to superficially resemble an Omega "Dirty Dozen" watch. The case might be legit, can you post a photo of the inside case-back?
How much did you pay and what was the auction estimate? Also, what appealed to you?

If you’re buying to sell for profit you’re going to have to do some more work of your own and show us what research you’ve done so far.
Generally members are happy to help fellow collectors but my view (I believe shared by several others) is, if you’re buying to sell for profit, you should build at least some of your own expertise before asking for help
