Heuer 2447 (c.1940) - Fair price thoughts?

What is a fair market price for this Heuer 2447 - not even sure if it's all correct - appreciate thoughts on that as well. Sub dial hands don't look uniformed in style. No asking price from the seller at this point?

Don't like the crude dial. The 60 minute counter subdial is .....
I thought it was a good dial. The sub just looks like a hand has rubbed doesn’t it ?

It does look like that.

Looking at the catalogue, it appears to me that the nine and three hands are incorrect though...

I think these pre-carerra's were powered by the Valjoux 72?
