Hello everyone

Hope you are well,

I have a vintage omega constellation 168.005 as seen below.

I just had a small question regarding the hands and markers.

On many website, i seen mainly this reference having either non lumed onyx markers and hands of this design, or lumed hands and markers of this design (in my photo).

Mine however has neither onyx or lume on hands and markers.

Is mine a known variation that you have seen? Thanks

This is a perfectly original variant - some models had no lume and no onyx. It’s actually relatively common in models from Japan.

I cannot add much to the discussion, but let me compliment you on the watch. It looks fabulous and the strap is perfect imo. I am not a huge pie pan fan, but this one looks very very nice. Wear in good health.

Sorry, i just thought id share an additional piece of information i realized was not visible on the picture, this is a gold capped model not an 18k model. Does this information change the answer?

Thank you again so much

I purchased the same Connie for my wife, and initially had the same concern, but found others with no lume, no onyx anywhere, including hands. Enjoy!
