Help with valuing a 1944 vintage rose gold subdial

Hello.

I have a 1944 caliber Omega 300 watch, please see the attached pictures.

I am coinsidering selling it, and would appreciate of any value indications.

It has a 18k rose gold case with silver dial. 2, 4, 8, 10 and 12 are embellished by rose gold indicators. Please also notice the dial scratches.
