·I noted that some cases have the number indicated by yellow arrow however I am not able to locate any information on this number. can someone please advise what that is?

·It is a reference number that is proprietary to the L&K case-maker, so you will probably not find anything. This belongs to a locally cased watch, which was imported to the US uncased to save on import duties.
BTW, when joining a new community, it is helpful to take a moment to introduce yourself, and provide some context for your questions, including complete photos ... so it doesn't seem like you are just trying to exploit the forum knowledge without contributing anything in return.
