Thankfully there has never been an accurate fake of the pro. The sub dial spacing has always been way off (big gaps between). They don’t have a movement close enough to the 1861.

Unfortunately that's not really true. I've seen them with Lemania movements in them that have had the movement ID ground away, and the Omega movement designation stamped in it's place. Then the movement was plated to look like an 861.

They are out there...

I’d “like” this post, but I had mixed emotions about the message that sends. So I’ll say, “thank you for the valuable information from your experience,” while also cursing those out there trying to deceive.
