Help with omega 1325 quartz

I bought an omega 192-0027 in pieces as a challenge to get working. After I serviced cleaned everything and purchased a new motor it works well. I found when I put the watch face down on a table it intermittently looses an hour. (Min hand keeps perfect time) I noticed there is a lot of up and down play in the hour wheel and I’m wondering if I’m missing a washer or shim. The two hands can contact each other.

does anyone have service information for an omega 1325, 1320 1611. They are all similar.

Do you have a photo with the hour wheel on? or on its own? A damaged tooth on the hour wheel could explain the loss of an hour if its not engaging the minute wheel properly.

I had a look and it seems like there were 2 different hour wheel and center wheel with cannon pinion combinations to accommodate different dial thicknesses, but saw nothing about a dial washer.

I have also noticed that a lot of these vintage omega movements didn't have dial washers, but I'm not as familiar with quartz in general yet.

I have the 1320 parts list. A removable bushing is pressed into the center of the date guard (1320-9002) This is for side to side play. There is an additional part 6163 listed (bushing for hour wheel) I'm not sure if it is the same part that I already have or an additional part for vertical play. I'm unable to find pictures online of the 6163.

Are oiling or service diagrams available for the older calibres? I'm starting to believe I'm missing something I never had.
