Help with markings on this Bulova

Hi all


Recent pickup which has some hand engraving on the side of the watch caseback clasp cover and on the clasp blades

Been trying to research it but not getting very far only thing I can think of is a US army number (social number)

Any ideas?

Drivers license number.
I’ve gotten several vintage hifi pieces with DL#’s engraved on them- some right on the face plate! 🤦

Definitely not a Social Security number. Same number of digits but formatted ###-##-####.
