Help with Longines Weems Repair

Wondering if any of our Australian based members may be able to suggest a good watchmaker to help with my civilian Longines Weems with 4630 case reference. The mid case has remnants of the bezel locking crown screw which has snapped off flush and still in the case. You can see it in the photos protruding from the inside of the case with locking nut still attached. I am in Perth, Western Australia and am struggling to get a watchmaker to look at it. Can anyone suggest a competent watchmaker that can safely remove the screw and fit a replacement locking crown which I have. Happy to send wherever.
