Hi everyone, You may have seen my previous posts this week regarding vintage omegas as I am currently on the hunt for one around my relatively low price range of $500 AUD. I have gone and stumbled upon 2 more that I can't see any immediate issues with. I've tried to check their reference numbers on the omega database but as usual it was pretty much useless. I found a watch similar to the Omega seamaster (second link) which can be found here: https://omegaforums.net/threads/omega-seamaster-166-010-with-a-562-movement.6535/ The difference between the two being that the eBay one has black lines in the hands and hour markers. I also noticed that the eBay seamaster's reference is prefixed by CD but I have no idea what that means. I no pretty much nothing about the omega geneve other than that I've found similar looking ones but none that feature the breguet numerals. Anyway I've just about reached the extent of my knowledge. All the help so far has been greatly appreciated and thank you in advance... Regards, Mark Omega seamaster ref 166.010 (for some reason the title on the eBay page says it's ref is 161.010): https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/113027809046Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network Omega Genève ref 136.0102: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/223006031057Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network

I guess an extra zero makes the difference. I never knew you needed an extra zero. Except it doesn't have the crosshairs
You're posting quite a range of watches there. Rather than pebble dashing it, you'd be better off narrowing down your search.
You probably right, but I still want to find out whether either of the watches a posted above are legit.
Dial degradation on the Seamaster, plus the corrosion on the hands, along with the polishing and gold plaiting, make the Seamaster a no-go for me. The corrosion on the back of the Geneve case would make me avoid that one as well. I suspect neither is a bad deal, but I personally would save up another $200 and go for a nice specimen.
