Help with ID and advice on price please

Hi folks. I was wondering if you could help me identify this please. I need to find out of it's gold plated or 9 carat as I've seen similar ones that state it's 9 carat. Also, the winding mechanism isn't working. How much would this cost to repair or should I sell as it is?

Gold plated.
Ladies watches like this aren't worth anything much at all.
Sell as is, you may get lucky.
