Help with finding this ladies slimline omega de ville

Hi, can anyone help me identify the model of this ladies gold slimline omega de ville? I bought one for my wife a long time ago and am trying to find a replacement as the original has been stolen.

I'd also appreciate some guidance on how best to go about finding one - are specialist dealers the way to go? Thanks in advance (I'm based in Sydney).
