It’s not an Omega case/strap, it’s locally made
It is tiny
It isn’t all that desirable as often cocktail watches rarely are
It isn't worth a lot more than scrap as the scrap value is already pretty high.
Pluses:
White Gold is rarer than yellow for these
The blue stones may be sapphires (but not necessarily valuable)
It looks in good condition
Have you studied and identified the hallmarks? They can tell you a lot. If Swiss, my first point may not apply and it may have some value over scrap.
Unfortunately, I do not have access to better photos at the moment.
It say Swiss made on the dial, and has an omega sign on the crown, but no other comments.
