Help understanding my watch omega Acier Staybrite

I have a very old Omega Acier staybrite 202 from my grandparents Was wondering if anyone can give me any info and let me know if it has any value It runs good Thank you

None of those things are the model name. Acier Staybrite is a British proprietary patented stainless steel alloy, model depose means registered design. It looks to date from the late 1930s.

I think it's an early (late1930s) waterproof "naiad" style case with cal 23.4.

Ha Thank you Pedders! I clearly don't know anything about the watch. My Grandmother in Sweden had it last. I am trying to figure out what to do with it.
