Help to ID an oldie Omega

My parents sent me a grainy pic of a watch they dug up that was a gift to my grandfather from my grandmother. I didn’t have any luck finding an example online without a ref number so I’m putting a pic her to see if anyone knows about it. Never seen rose colored plexi before…

From the general style, looks to be late 1930’s to 1940’s. Can’t say anything more.

Yeah that’s about what I figured too. I’ll need to see it in person I guess to try and get more info. The notches by the lugs are interesting that I haven’t seen on other stuff.

May not be a coloured crystal. Dial could be salmon coloured and crystal just picking up the reflection from it
