So, a fantasy redial with a set of hands from the scrap drawer. Serial dates the movement to about 1945.
It looks to be a genuine WWW but I'm not an expert in this line, others will be able to advise.

·Looks like a caliber 28. Never used in any Omega military watch and dial is repainted.

It seems you paid a small premium for this thinking it has some military connection. It doesn’t. It’s not unattractive though.

·I don't like any of the case back engravings either, an image of the inner case back would be interesting. I would return it if possible.

·I'm not going to post details but I don't believe the case-back is legit. And as noted, it is not the correct movement for a "dirty dozen."
So, it's not collectible in any way, and strictly speaking it's probably "counterfeit." But if you bought it cheaply and knowingly, just for fun, then enjoy.
