A rather interesting interpretation of the pheon (broad arrow), morphed into the Enfield trademark.
So, a fantasy redial with a set of hands from the scrap drawer. Serial dates the movement to about 1945.
It looks to be a genuine WWW but I'm not an expert in this line, others will be able to advise.

Looks like a caliber 28. Never used in any Omega military watch and dial is repainted.

Hope you didn’t pay much

It’s not the Enfield badge it’s BSA. Same city. Different brand. I suspect this kind of work is these days done where Enfield now reside, the sub continent.

It seems you paid a small premium for this thinking it has some military connection. It doesn’t. It’s not unattractive though.

I did scoll over that the first time, thanks for pointing it out, but I think it is BSA.

Well spotted @padders and @hen, you fell for my trap!

😉

It is indeed the other motor cycle company, the Birmingham Small Arms Company.

I don't like any of the case back engravings either, an image of the inner case back would be interesting. I would return it if possible.

I'm not going to post details but I don't believe the case-back is legit. And as noted, it is not the correct movement for a "dirty dozen."

So, it's not collectible in any way, and strictly speaking it's probably "counterfeit." But if you bought it cheaply and knowingly, just for fun, then enjoy.

It's a legit Omega cal 28. The dirty dozen WWW watch would have a 30T2.

Hi, it's a very easy watch to find online. It's just a case of studying multiple images and letting them reveal the truth. Uncomfortable though that may be.
