Help please in judging potential SD 1665 purchase

Dear Experts, as a regular on the Omega front, I have decided to expand my interests to - potentially - acquiring a 1665 great white sea dweller. The problem is that - apart from eye popping prices - I have little knowledge about these icons, but I do know there are many dodgy ones around. So I am hoping to get some good advice & wisdom regarding these two potential opportunities I have been offered. One is from a dealer, so should be ok and one is from a private seller and this one has already bounced once on Ebay. Neither one has papers. I have seen the internals of both watches and they look real enough, so it is the dials that I am curious about, especially the yellowish one (the two pictures side by side at the bottom). This one also has the seconds hand sticking out farther into the minute track than I would have expected. Thank you for looking and for providing perspective!
