The pics are too blurry to assess properly but I’m not convinced that watch ever saw the inside of an Omega factory.
Where is it you are looking at it?
Can you ask them to open the watch?
If it is an Omega, the case is polished very heavily, it has crappy hands added and the dial has been redone.
Really not worth spending any money on it.

Dial repainted, wrong hands. Date wheel looks iffy. Case over polished.

Do not buy this watch.
