    Hello and good day gentlemen.
I'm looking for an oiling chart for the Cal 561!
I couldn't find anything, maybe someone can help me here? I otherwise intended to use Moebious 9010 oil for the bearing jewels and lever jewels and to oil all other moving parts with Moebious 8000. What do you think ?

    Thanks for ur Help :)

I haven't seen an Omega chart for the 561, but have a read here for oiling guidance.

You can also use a Seiko 7S26 automatic chart, they're much the same thing.

Disclaimer: I am not a watchmaker. I like to think of myself as an advanced tinkerer.

I personally wouldn’t use Moebius 8000. From my recollection, even the old service/info bulletins from Omega indicated that these were oiled with a form of synthetic oil. I don’t mean to get into the debate about Synethics vs Natural oil, but I think there is something to be said about striving for what the manufacturer recommends.

I use 9010 and 9104. You also need two types of greases, one for the keyless works (ie. Molycote DX) and breaking grease (P125). I used to oil my pallet fork jewel faces with 9010, but I don’t think it works well. I now use 9415 and it results in a somewhat significant increase in amplitude.
