This was given to me by my father who said he bought it in Austria in 1967. Can anyone help me identify the model please?

The information needed is inside the watch. If you can remove the back, take some good photos of everything.

the best thing you can do is probably take it to a watchmaker, he can remove the back for you if you are not experienced into that
