It’s a Speedmaster Reduced (3510.50), probably from the late 90s, early 2000s.

Yes, if the serial is correct the watch would be from 1991.

It should 1989 or 1990/91 because father got it thhen sometime as employee of Swiss timing. Thank you very much!
