I would like to hear your opinions on this vintage Bulova flip top. I'm considering to buy it for 250€ including shipping.

Does everything look okay to you?

 

Dial has been refinished and not very very well.

These aren't rare wait for one with an original dial.

 

What tells you so? The seller says it's original

 

Its' not in a style offered on this watch and it's poorly executed.
