Hi folks, I've been on this forum a little while but this is my first post. I am a complete amateur in watches but love the style of Omegas, especially the older ones. I was asking to work this morning and passed the pawn shop, which I always take a glance in. In the window I saw what is being described as a 1950's Omega Seamaster Military. Now I don't know enough to say whether or not the asking price is fair and that's where I hope you folks can help. Adding price is £795. It appears to be in great condition with only very slight making in the dial and a scratch on the window which is apparently perspex and can be buffered out? Apologies for the terrible pics, they probably do not help much but I was in a rush! Any help anyone can offer would be hugely appreciated!
fake Anything Military should start alarm bells (Google omega Military watch, very common to be made to look military for extra $$$) https://omegaforums.net/threads/omega-military-watches.27981/ Some wise posts in link above
