I recently acquired an Omega wristwatch and I am trying to learn more about it. I am not entirely sure which calibre it has, but here is what I know:

Inside case back number: 10,482,970

I would really appreciate your help with the following questions:
- Based on the serial number, can anyone estimate the year of manufacture?
- Could this watch have a Calibre 19, or what calibre might it actually be?
- Does anyone know if there is any historical information available for a watch like this?
