There is a little seen gold Railmaster AT with a similar looking caseback in fact but that doesn’t have this dial

Hi everyone, I need some help with getting some general information on a modern omega timepiece. I was offered a trade on this solid gold Omega railmaster 1895 limited edition. The watch is 39mm with a pretty nice case back. I was told the timepiece was purchased in Asia about 10 years ago. Other than knowing the watch was limited edition and equipped with cal 2403, it doesn't appear to be a lot of information online about this particular model, so I hope I can get some help here.
