Help, Looking for more info about a vintage Omega

Hi! I'm looking for any info about this Omega. My mom get this watch as a gift for my great granfather in the early '70s. Is in 14k gold, but apart from that I don't now anything else about the watch. Thabks for any information that someone with mote knowledge can provide!!

The value is all in the gold. The dial is refinished which kills what little collectable value it ever had.
