HELP I’m freaking out! Broken Apollo?

Hi all, I hope someone can help?
I’ve gone to wear my Apollo8 tonight and went to change the time before winding her up and the crown just came out in my hand with little to no force at all!
When placing gently back in, it no longer winds and just moves the time. Am I doing something wrong or is it a case of being sent away for repair?
Sorry, I’m just freaking out!
Thanks in advance
Dan

I’m guessing a loose screw, nothing terribly serious.

Something easy to fix in a boutique or will it need to be sent off? I don’t want just any repair shop sorting it

If he boutique has a watchmaker. It’s not a difficult fix, but not sure too many boutiques have watchmakers on staff.

Yes only had it 2 1/2 years and it has 5 year warranty
Have an Omega service center do the work, they may choose to do a free service on the movement at this point.
