It's an old automatic bumper model. You can't find it after the numbers you pictured because that are serial numbers and not the reference numbers. On that time the serial number from the mechanism it's different from the serial number from the case..

Omega "Gents Watch".
Possibly a caliber 330 dating to about 1946/1947.
Case is 14 carat gold made for Omega by Ed Wenger SA of Geneva, case serial dates to about the same time as the movement (+/- a year or two).

Just a tip in case you're not familiar with the subtleties of dial printing. When the movement is automatic, the dial should usually say "automatic." Because of the damaged case and repainted dial, the value is pretty much in the gold, which will be significant at current spot value.

Looks like its an
Jumbo

Really?

This looks to be around 35mm, so what do you consider a "Jumbo" ?

Thanks, great info, I thought the dial was repainted. I got the "jumbo"from an app identifier, totally useless..
