Need help identifying this 145.022 69ST

Just finished acquiring a 145.022 69-ST. Case back is correct and the step dial also looks period correct with the DNN bezel. It has the straight writing on the case back which is period correct for certain models in the 69 year. Haven’t been able to see the movement yet but if the serial is correct would all the other parts match? Want to make sure nothing is aftermarket, altered or replaced. I know I need to see the movement and I’m ready to get slammed for it but in the meantime any input would be much appreciated!
