Probably need to have the case opened to get the reference number. Can you post better pics of the watch?

Now you have the reference number 😎 Try searching Google and the Omega vintage database for more info.

The serial number should be on the movement (as well as the movement number). The serial will give an idea of the date the watch was made (within a year or two).

Searched for 147136 and none found. The seller said it is powered by cal. 269

Sub-second dial looks vertically offset by half a mm, no swiss label on the bottom of the dial, omega label looks flaky, though that could be because of the blurry photos. Run away OP.

It looks uniform to me
Provide better photos and I may change my mind but, based on what I see there, I'll stand by my opinion.

Posting a better photo to determine if it is redialed or not. Out of curiosity only

The lettering is yellow paint where it should be 'gilt' ie. the underlying brass colour showing through the black layer on top. The type of subdial markings is only used on sunken subdials, it should have a crosshair instead.

Good eye. I have checked the ref number and indeed what pops up is the crosshair subdial.
