Help Identifying two vintage pieces

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to find the reference for these two pieces and I'm having the toughest time tracking it down!
I'm really trying to avoid popping off the case back to find the reference as I don' t have the right gear to replace to case back without potentially damaging the watch.

Figured I'd turn to the community which may have the most knowledge.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Thanks,

I don't recall seeing a Genève with a "C" case that shape, it's a bit like the late Ranchero case. Do you have photos of the backs of the watches?

I'd say the square Omega Genève is a reference 131.022 with a caliber 601 movement and would date to around 1965/1970.

I'm not sure about the C case one. I would have expected a stainless steel caseback on a plated case, and the case shape is unfamiliar to me.
It could be a locally produced case. Where did the watches originate (what country were they purchased in?).

The only way to be sure is to check the reference details on the inside of the caseback.

Do you have a competent watchmaker (not a mall mauler or a jeweller) available who could open the cases for you?

C case geneve is a
162-91003 1970
is a rare piece

Well done.

The lack of hallmarks on the OPs watch confused me. Were these Swiss cased or from other European markets?

Hi Everyone,
This is incredible, thank you for tracking down the reference numbers! I’m trying to ascertain where the C case piece was bought.

Looks like the piece may have been bought in Italy around 1974. Hard to say for sure. I’ve never seen a breguet style dial before as well.

That Geneve came with a few other dial variants . That Case design is very nice.
