Help Identifying This Watch

Hi there, I came across this watch on my local listings and to me it looks like a vintage constellation tonneau with a re-finished dial. Can anyone confirm? Any info is greatly appreciated as I may be picking this one up.

That is what i believe it is with an aftermarket dial, do you have any knowledge if these ever came out with a dial that wasnt a silver linen?

A search on the reference shows another green model, but due to lighting. Can’t say the same shade to confirm if OEM.

some restorers like to add in different coloured dials to change things up and make them stand out from the usual silver models

I found one with green dial, but the seller itself states it has been restored.
