I’m new to this forum. Was helping my mother clean her house and came across this watch. Mom says her friend gave it to her. I could not get it to wind and operate. The time adjust did work. When I took off the back cover i pulled the adjustment knob out of the movement. The number 476 is hand scribed onto the back case. It’s missing half of the diamonds. I’d like to get an estimated value and recommendations where I can get an estimate for repair. I’m in Northern California. Thanks for helping. Ken

It's a fake ladies Omega cocktail watch from the 1950s/1960s.

    Not worth spending anything on.

    Hello and welcome.

The movement does not seem to show any number or omega markings. The cashback would have a stamped number on the inside or on the back case. I think this is probably a fake.
