Is anyone able to recognise which reference this dial is from? I’m thinking it’s a 30CH reference but not sure.

What makes you feel it’s refinished? I was thinking that because I can’t find the exact same dial on any 30CH - just similar ones. In particular the winged hourglass doesn’t seem to be on 30CH dials, which is what made me feel it might be a later refinish

There’s a fair bit of inconsistency to fonts and line weights on that dial, it stands out in a few places like the right hand subdial where it meets the outer track

As are the long hash marks in the minute counter. With one notable exception, these should not appear on an authentic 30CH dial.

How many feet should it have? There are two feet already but there is also a weird stump that does look like a foot was removed.
