Help identifying old Omega watch

··Melbourne AustraliaIt appears to me to be genuine, but with a repainted dial.
It also seems to have the wrong caliber for that reference, or the wrong caseback for that watch.
You can do some detective work and follow the clues. It's very satisfying.
