Help identifying Longines Watch

Hello-
I inherited this watch from my uncle and I’ve never seen one quite like it. It’s a “thin” version and I believe it’s an ETA 2512 if that makes any sense. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated. 1960s era?

Welcome to the forum, is that a charm that was welded to the case? Aside from that, the style does indeed look 1960s, nice looking “linen” texture dial.
Not much else which can be said without seeing the inside of the watch, needs to be opened by a professional watchmaker and we need crisp pictures of the inscriptions inside, on the movement and case back.
We’d also need very crisp pictures of the inscriptions visible on the back of the case as they are not legible.
You need to prop a phone on top of a mug to take clear pictures.

Thank you and yes I will need to open it to check out the movement on the inside. The Italian horn charm is not welded rather held in place with the pin from the leather band.

Ok I removed the backing and to my surprise the actual stainless steel backing was a Longines backing. It says 17L W1093. Can you decipher any information based off this?

You will need to focus on the watch and not the background. Try a few more times in better lighting, crop away the background, and post high resolution photos where the watch is in focus and the engraving is sharp and visible. We all do this with our phones, so you can do it too.

Take a mug and lay your phone down on top of the mug to stabilize it. Then place the watch underneath it and focus on the watch.
Right now the inscriptions are blurry.
