Help Identifying a SpeedMaster Professional

Hi I could use some help, i just inherited the pictured SpeedMaster. Could someone help me the watch it is a 42mm case from my limited research I have not seen any with this case back design. looking for the date and any other information such as the model number. Love the watch appears to be in great shape and keeps excellent time.

Though additional and better photos of the watch would be helpful (especially of the movement) outwardly it appears to be a 145.022-69ST.

The movement number would go a long way to confirming the above.

I was able to take the case back of and have a few additional pictures to share. The watch is a 45022-69ST. I still have questions if the bezel or hands are original or replacement. Any additional info would be helpful.

There is no question - the bezel Is a replacement. It’s a B3 from the 90’s. You need a B1 dot over ninety.
Your serial shows your watch is too early for even a B2 bezel.

Just would this info on watchfid.com The bezel appears to be one of the 3 used in 1970 it falls in the correct serial number range. They call it Type 3 "220" Bezel you think it is still a replacement

That isn’t the same as your bezel and even if it were, it would still be wrong for your watch.

+1 on this piece originally being fitted with a DON bezel.

The handset and dial are consistent with a 145.022-69ST so likely original to the watch.
