Help Identify omega watch REAL or FAKE ! - ty

Hi guys , I have a local guy who has a omega watch for sale and I dont know if is real or not since im noob when it comes to watches, the sad part is the pictures are low quality tho I told the guy to send me new pictures ..he gave me the same pictures ! - Can anyone identity from this pictures if this watch is real or fake and how much is worth to spend on it ! - I have few Chronographs Seiko and I want something more lets say classic !
I appreciate the effort if anyone could help me . thank you
