but, but, it says adjusted 5 positions on the bridge......😒
Apart from the movt being the wrong calibre - if the serial is 18,1xxx, then it’s also most likely a year or two too early for a 167.005.
Double bubble trouble.

·At least a redial and incorrect movement but not sure of the authenticity of the case. No reason to pursue this watch further
