this insert in the photo leaves me puzzled; it resembles a DON without being exactly what one would normally expect.
There's an accent on the "e" in "Tachymetre".
The "7" in "70" is a serif, but the dot is really low.
The "90" dot is on the side at the top; usually it's much higher and above that, but DNNs are normally lower.
The condition appears genuinely old; it's not a recently applied patina. There's a layer of grime on it, inside the bezel, and everywhere else on the watch that I was able to examine.
