    Guessing it’s a makers mark of some type. Omega would contract out for some bracelets.

    Those hallmarks are always interesting... Surely not the answer to your question, but I just did a quick search, and the Italian silversmiths markers are quite similar. Sorry I can't help really, but interesting topic

    it seems from that table then it is the Goldsmith n. 88 from Varese (IT) - perhaps worth contacting the author of that site, Giorgio B. or Associazione Orafa lombarda
    Guess it is an aftermarket gold bracelet
