Help determining Omega model/general value

Looking for a little help in determining the general model, vintage, and value of a couple of Omegas that have been handed down to me. I would suspect they're from the 50s or 60s; they belonged to my grandfather once upon a time, then were gifted to my uncle (dad's brother) upon his death, passed to my dad when my uncle passed away, and now became mine as my dad recently passed. (looks like I'm next...)

Neither watch has any markings on the back of the case, so I didn't bother taking pictures of that side.

The stainless looks to be more of a men's size watch; it does not run. The crown on the stem is not firmly attached. I'm most interested in getting this one back in working condition.

The gold seems more feminine to me, but would be large for a ladies' watch. The spring winds fine and appears to keep time. The seconds dial is keeping up as well.

Any help is appreciated - just kind of curious whether diving into a full service on either/both makes sense.

The first has a badly repainted dial, crown apparently not original (value maybe 50-100€?), the second looks better, dial okay, case in bad condition, crown bent, should be cal.1342 around 1977 +/- (value maybe 250€)

Service cost on first one likely exceeds value of watch. But if it is a familty hierloom then it may be worth sentimental value of course. Hour hand looks broken off on bottom watch.
