Hello to you all, I'm trying to obtain an "extract of archives" - computer says "no" - I keep getting a message "I have too many orders in my cart" or wording like that, I have tried several times over the past few weeks, am I doing something wrong ? I have signed up to the Omega Site correctly and following all the prompts and inserting the correct pics and info... It's for a 1970 Speedmaster Mark II Racing Dial, thank you, HC

I advice that you clean the cache of the computer, then restart and use a different browser (e.g. firefox instead of chrome).

I am in Yorkshire and ordered three in the last 6 months, no prob.

Omega (and some other brands of the Swatch Group) is facing an important cyber attack since last weekend and several services seem to still be down. Maybe this can explain your issues. I don’t know exactly which services are still being affected or shut down.

You must have good connections to obtain this knowledge... 😉

This is a commonly used catchphrase around our house...said as it was above...

Yep - last Saturday it started according to the people I've communicated with, and as of Friday it was still not resolved, but they did manage to finally get an order of parts shipped to me Friday with some sort of workaround. The Omega Extranet has been fine through all this, so not sure exactly what systems are affected, but it's definitely an issue.

In the US we must contact an Omega Boutique directly to order an Extract. Is it possible to do the same in the UK or must you only request online?

Or you can go to Omega website and when they ask do you want help. Say yes, and they can place your order
if you can provide information.

I had to send pics which was no problem.

Good news ! >> kind of......... I have managed to log on to the Omega website and order two, one for a Mark II Speedmaster with a racing dial, the other for a Mark V, but, I managed to put the last two digits on the Mark II the wrong way around, drat !! but i did attach a picture of the movement, I'm fully expecting to loose my CHF120, I will try and contact them via customer services. I ordered them on my phone browser after opening another account hey ho, I will let you know how I got on with customer services, thanks all
