I think this cheese has been reholed. I have seen similar cheeses but the holes were in a slightly different position from your cheese. If you look at the bottom of the cheese there is a number that can identify the exact same cheese, you can compare yours. I think it is a bit over priced for this particular cheese.

On inspecting the underside of the cheese, it appears that the numbers have been eaten... There are also signs of pickle...

Ah pickle, this is only used in India, you more than likely have a put together cheese known here as a fromage

Only Swatch 218774-c8d447d9d3ea58f5296eb0f406b8082b.jpg
The only Swatch Cheese watches are going to have some strong smelling competition from the new Apple Cheese watches. This could be Japanese Cheese all over again 🙁

I have been offered this cheese.

Please tell me what type of grass, the cow that produced the milk that was used in the production of this cheese ate.

And whether it will taste good at 9pm, whilst sat indoors, facing the eastern wall of my house during the month of September.

I need this information quickly so that I can buy this cheese. It is an emergency. What if there is no more cheese?

Whatever you're on, please send some over my way 😗

Hey guys, I recently got some cheese from my uncle. Can you tell me about it?

You are a lucky man. That is a very hard to find, high-lactobacillus-colony rated Gouda. At it looks to be smoked, too, if I'm not mistaken. Your uncle had good taste. The Dutch, being a parsimonious people, used their lactobacillus sparingly in most cases, but not here. Virtually crawling with 'em! I'm green with envy (and perhaps a little nausea from the distinctive odor)

I hope you have a suitable case for displaying your fine selection of cheese casings... Something to keep the mice at bay, that still allows the cheese scent to give full impact. 😉

I do indeed have a nice display for the finished signed pieces.

I like your levels of preparation... And that you got The Hoff to sign a cheese without knocking any over in KITT.
