Hello from France !

Hello everyone !

After silently reading many posts, I was finally approved and I can now actively participate in this forum.

I'm French, I'm 29 years old and I'm passionate about old motorcycles (from the 30s to the 90s). I have been interested in watches for a few years and after hearing me talk about it, my grandmother has just offered me my grandfather's old Omega Seamaster (from the sixties), which I want to restore and wear every day. I'm also contemplating buying a Speedmaster Pro for my 30th birthday.

As a beginner, I have a lot to learn about watches (especially vintage ones) and I know I am in the right place. Thanks again for the approval!

What part of France are you in? Do you have many watch dealers in your city? As you get more familiar with Omegas, take a look at the Jumbo sized manual wind watches from the 40s and early 50s. I am new here as well. Very nice and very helpful people are all around us.
