Hi there, i am Pierre, and i am a fresh vintage seamaster vintage 's owner as per attached. I am interested in having your specialists ' advice on this model. I have not been able yet to open the back but i understand it is an Omega 268 movement. I am so happy of this watch and will be happy to receive your comments and feedbacks. Thx !
Nb: i am not sure if this is the way a new member has to introduce himself, please do apologies if i did it wrong

Welcome to the forum. It would be helpful if you could post a clear straight-on photo, but my first impression is that the dial has been repainted. However, it's certainly better than many that we come across. The crown also appears to be a replacement. Both of these issues are quite common.

Hi Guys, just managed to open the back. Looks indeed ref 14389. Date of birth 1961 if i am correct 😉

Belle Seamaster. J'aime beaucoup ces mouvements là (26x). Ce sont ceux des mes Omega Genève "cursive". Un plaisir à les remonter le matin 😀

Yes, it is clear that the dial has been repainted. The distance between the marks does not match.
